Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Processing Orders:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

  • Our standard shipping method is via USPS First Class Mail.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Typically takes 5–10 business days to arrive within the US.

  • Expedited shipping options are available if you’d like your jewelry sooner.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by country, usually 2–6 weeks.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties in their country.

Lost Packages:

  • Once your order has shipped and your tracking is scanned, it is the responsibility of USPS.

  • If you need help locating your package, please contact your local post office.

Misdelivered Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors and your local USPS first.

  • We cannot be responsible for misdelivered packages and will not issue refunds or replacements in these cases.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Once your package leaves our studio, we have no control over delivery changes or timing.

Duties & Customs:
